Below is a list of awesome features you can expect to find and use on our Beacoland Servers!

Automatic Chest & Inventories + Automatic Deposit

These features allow you to automatically sort both your chests and your inventory with no external mods and easily deposit items into your storage!

To use the feature, simply type /autosort chest or /autosort inventory to toggle the feature on and off. If you want to avoid other players automatically sorting your chests, like in shops for example, rename your chests in anvil so that it includes an * (asterisk).

To use the Deposit All feature, simply stand near chests that contain the same items as those in your inventory, then type /depositall or /da.

To quickly deposit items from your inventory into a container with similar items, hold Shift and Left-Click on the container. This feature can be toggled in /toggles.

Better Mending

This features allows you to repair your mending enchanted tools and armour using your XP!

To use the feature, simply hold the tool or piece of armour you wish to mend and  crouch + right click

Individual Chest Loot

To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to loot all structures, chests regenerate loot individually for each player.

Individual loot only applies to structure chests and does not include items like Elytras in item frames. For this feature to work, chests must remain intact, so please be considerate of other players and leave any structure chests in their original locations. Additionally, loot does not regenerate immediately; it can take up to 2 days, and the area must be unloaded for the process to occur.

Sitting & Laying

Have fun with your friends by sitting down in a café or creating a giant player totem pole!

The sitting feature can be used by simply right-clicking a stair or slab, or by typing /sit. This feature can be toggled using /toggles. You can also sit on and ride other players by right-clicking them with an empty main hand.

To lay down, simply type /lay. You can also crawl by looking at the ground and double pressing crouch.

Player Heads & Mini Blocks

Players and mobs have a chance to drop their heads when killed.

For some additional decoration, players and mobs drop their heads when killed by another player. You can also use the /mini or /hdb commands to buy mini blocks with vote points, or simply place a block in a stonecutter to convert it into a mini block.

Other Various Features

Armor Swapping

Effortlessly swap or equip your armor by simply holding it and right-clicking.

Unlit Campfires

For easier construction, campfires are unlit by default when placed. Use flint and steel to ignite them when you’re ready.

Durability Alert

Never worry about breaking your Netherite pickaxe again! Use /durabilityalert to toggle durability alerts in-game. This feature is available for both tools and armor.

  • /durabilityalert toggle
Toggle alerts that notify you when your tools or gear have low durability.
  • /durabilityalert enchant
Receive alerts only for enchanted tools and gear.
  • /durabilityalert status
Check and manage your current alert settings.

Banners on Map

Mark your base on the server map with a custom banner. Follow these steps:

  1. Craft a banner and name it using an anvil.
  2. Place the banner at your desired location.
  3. Crouch + right click the banner with a filled map to mark it.

When set up correctly, you’ll hear a sparkling sound. Breaking the banner will erase the marker from the map and trigger a spooky ghast noise—consider yourself warned!

Silent Mobs

Keep your villagers or any other mobs quiet by naming them “Silence Me” with a name tag.

Portal Helper

Easily sync your portals across dimensions:

  • Automatic Coordinates:
When you create a portal, you’ll receive the coordinates for where to build the corresponding portal in the opposite dimension.
  • /portalhelper link:
Use this command to check if your current location will correctly sync with a Nether portal. The information is displayed on-screen for easy reference.

Colourful Signs

Make your signs stand out with vibrant colours! Use colour codes found in /colour to customize your text. Simply add the desired code before your text. For example, typing &d Hello will turn the word “Hello” pink.

Lava Sponge

In addition to their ability to remove water, sponges have the added feature of removing lava as well.
