By accessing or using Beacoland, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Beacoland
- You must use a legitimate Minecraft account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
2. Community Rules
By playing on Beacoland, you agree to follow all server rules as published in‑game, on the website, or on Discord.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
- No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
- No griefing outside permitted areas
- Respect team decisions and other players
Rules may change over time to protect the community.
3. Moderation & Enforcement
- Team may take action at their discretion to protect the server
- Actions include warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans
- Appeals may be offered but are not guaranteed
All moderation decisions are final unless overturned by senior team.
4. Virtual Items & Supporter Purchases
- Virtual items, ranks, and perks have no real‑world value
- Purchases are voluntary and support server costs
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case‑by‑case
- Abuse of supporter perks may result in removal without refund
5. Availability
We aim to keep Beacoland online and stable, but:
- Downtime may occur for maintenance or emergencies
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable precautions
6. User‑Generated Content
You grant Beacoland a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to use:
- In‑game builds
- Screenshots, videos, or content shared within the community
This may be used for showcases, promotion, or archival purposes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access at any time
- Remove content that violates rules or laws
Termination does not entitle you to compensation or refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Beacoland is provided “as is”
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) in the last 12 months
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Beacoland means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
